Identify the staff members rolls:
Each staff member on their position is assigned
different name colors that will appear in the group chat:
The Administrator level 1 name is responsibility to assist the users with using
our site. Their name will appear in orange
The Administrators level 2 rolls is to provide technical support to the users
and include access to some of the more advance features that includes help
update the site and resolve the users’ complaints. Other duties and
responsibilities may be assigned to them by the site administrator. Their name will appear blue.
The site administrator account name is marked as green.
Account
warning, restrictions and suspensions or account suspension:
If the users receive a warning for violating our
Community Guide-Lines the users could result to receive a warning, restriction
or the account could be suspended. The
users name will be displayed in “red” when there has been an account restriction
placed on the account. The user will not be able to create new group chats, use
their video camera, send or receive private messages, upload or download any
files, share links and will only be able to join one group chat until the
account restrictions is removed. Users can view their warnings in the private
messages or notifications.
Identify
Group Chat Rolls:
The Group Administrator name will be highlighted
in pink and the moderators name is yellow.
How to report suspected violations of our
Community Guide-Lines.
1. Please read our Community Guide-Lines.
2. On the line that you suspect and click on the down arrow by the user’s name
and click on report.
3. The report must include Posted by, the Community Guide-Line violation in the
message text box and any additional information in the comment box.
4. Click on submit button.
Reporting another user for misinformation the user must have repeated the same
violation multiple instances and include the evidence that they committed a
violation of our Community Guide-Lines. You may include any such evidence in
the comment field in your complaint.
How to create a new group chat.
1. Click on Group Chat.
2. Click on the + button.
3. Type in your new group name.
4. On the pull down select either yes or no if you would like for your Group
Chat to be password protected. Select Yes or no if you would like the Approve
users manually or to make it a secret group. Do not forget to include the group
description.
5. Go in to your new group and click on options and Edit Group. The edit group
allows you to customize your group settings.
Group Chat Moderator Rules:
The Group Chat owner’s and the moderators have the final say in their group
chat as long as their rules do not inter or conflict with our Community
Guide-Lines.
