Staff member's identifiers:
The staff member's handles will appear in the online status and in the group chat as follows:
The level 1 Administrators handles is highlighted ORANGE, They are responsible to participant the group chats, assist the user's when they need help with using our site and may be assigned to perform other task .
The level 2 Administrators handles will be highlighted in LIGHT BLUE and have more advanced knowledge of using the site functions. They are responsible to process the online complaints and to complete any other additional tasks that is assigned to them by the Web Administrator.
The Web Administrator handle is highlighted in DARK BLUE.
Group Chat identifiers:
The group administrators handles will be highlighted in PINK and the group moderators handles will be shown in YELLOW.
Account Warning, Restrictions and Suspensions:
When a user restriction is placed on their account their nick will appear in Red and they will not be able to create new group chats, activate their camera, send or receive private messages, upload or download any files, share links until the account restrictions is removed. The user’s name will be highlighted in RED in the group chats. If your account has been suspended, then you will have to wait until the suspension has expired.
Identify Group Chat Rolls:
The Group Administrator name will be highlighted in Pink and the moderators nick will be highlighted in yellow.
How to report suspected violations of our Community Guide-Lines.
1. Please read our Community Guide-Lines.
2. Click on the down arrow and that includes in the user's name and the text and click report.
3. Your report must include the user' that you reporting and the text line of the violation. Include any other additional information in the comment box.
4. Click on submit button.
Reporting another user for misinformation the user must have repeated the same
violation multiple instances and include the evidence that they committed a
violation of our Community Guide-Lines. You may include any such evidence in the
comment field in your complaint.
How to create a new group chat.
1. Click on Group Chat.
2. Click on the + button.
3. Type in your new group name.
4. On the pull down select either yes or no if you would like for your Group
Chat to be password protected. Select Yes or no if you would like the Approve
users manually or to make it a secret group. Do not forget to include the group
description.
5. Go in to your new group and click on options and Edit Group. The edit group
allows you to customize your group settings.
Group Chat Rules:
The Group Administrators and Moderators have the final say to their own Group Chat Rules if they do not conflict with our Community Guide-Lines,
How to use Wallet & Tips:
Your wallets allow you to view and add money from your PayPal account to your account
on this system. After you have added money to your account you can use the
funds to give tips to the other users on this system or purchased extra storage
space.
Add money to your wallet:
1. Click on wallet.
2. Click Your Current Information.
3. Click Manage.
4. Enter the amount that you would to deposit in to your
wallet.
5. Click PayPal.
6. Click TopUp and your browser will bring you to the PayPal
gateway.
The minimum amount that you can transfer from your PayPal account to your
wallet is $2,00 and the maximum is $50.00. The Web Master will review your request with in the next 24 to 48 hours.
How to give tips:
1. You can give tips by searching for the user's name or in
the chat and click on the user's name.
2. Click Sent Tip.
3. Type in the tip amount..
4. Type in the message to be sent to the user.
5. Click Send Tip.
