The staff is responsible to provide technical support to our user’s, encourage
to participate in the live group chat and assure that everyone follows the site
Community Guide-Lines.
The site includes three different level of administrative support:
Administrators assigned to level 1 primary responsible is to provide technical support to the users on our site and can remind or report any suspected violations of our Community Guide-Lines.
Level 2 gives the administrators more advance options to suspend or ban the users by their account or IP Address, review and take the proper action per our Community Guide-Lines, close or suspend group chat, review both private and public chat, see the users logs and a few other options.
The web Administrator is responsible for the entire site.
How to report someone in Live Chat Group:
1. Click on the down arrow on the line that you suspect to be violation.
2. Select Report.
The complaint must include:
A. Posted by (The person that is being reported)
B. The message that is suspected to be in violation of our Community G-Lines.
C. The correct report What is wrong with this.
D. Any additional comments that you would like to add.
Click on the submit button.
Level 2 or the site administrator will review the complaint and take the appropriate action in accordance to our Community Guide-Lines.
Violation Punishment
Misinformation 3 Warnings, 3- day Ban, Perm Ban.
Threats or Violence 30-day suspension, Perm Ban.
Hateful behavior 30- day
suspension, Perm Ban
Sexual and physical abuse Perm Ban
Shocking & Graphical Contents Perm Ban
Attempt or group take overs 30- day
suspension, Perm Ban
Making threats staff member's 30 to 60 day
suspension, Perm Ban
Flooding/Interfering Network Warning or 30-day Ban, Perm Ban..
Fraudulent Activities Perm Ban
Software Piracy Warning or 30-day Ban
In the group chat description must include "You must be 18+"' if the group chat contains adult or discussions of politics.
Procedures for handling complaints:
1. Click on complaints.
2. Find any complaints with the status under review.
3. On the right click on the ":" and select review.
4. The complaint should include the Complainant [Username], Whats wrong with this and Comments by Complainant.
5. Check if the Complainant [Username] have violated our community Guide-Lines.
6. If the user did not violate any of our Community Guide-Lines then add a comment in the comment review box "No violations" found" and change the status of the complaint to Reject.
7. If the user is found violating our Community Guide-Lines type in the user name in the search box to verify they do not have any previous complaints against them.
If the punishment in the chart above is considered a warning and the user have been giving multiple warning and the warning given exceed he maximum amount of warning in accordance to the site policies, the user's account should be suspended.
